Equipment Requirements

To work for all of these positions available, you must have your computer and be equipment ready. Training is also required for every client. Training is paid and mandatory. You can only miss 2 sessions and you will be dropped from class. There is a fee also. It may range in price $30 - $50 and most times is refundable your first day of class. Your computer MUST have at least an Intel i5 core processor or higher, a USB wired headset to service calls, and an ethernet cord to be hard-wired to your computer  and the internet. Keep in mind that you may need up to two monitors, and webcam. Please verify that you have the required equipment before applying for a job.

2. Register to work with Wallace Workforce Solutions whose former name was Lit Life LLC on the  Arise Platform

3. Register with your name , address, phone, and email.

Then you will be asked to log back in and finish set up. 

You will be asked for your personal info.

4. Scroll down until you see where it asks

"Would you   like to begin as your own call center" or "Work for A Call Center / Service Provider

5. You choose Work For A established Call Center and enter 

                      Service Partner ID - 1097806 

​

    6. Request to Join The Company

​

    7. Send an email to litlifevs@gmail.com to let us

        know that you have requested to join so we 

        can grant the request.   

​

   8. Check you email for agreements that have to be           signed. Inform us they have been signed so we 

       can finalize you. 

​

   9. Look for a welcome email

​

  10. Log into the Arise portal, take the Harver                          Assessment , PC Scan, and Background Check

        then pick your client you want to work for 

        and enroll in training.
